Nourish Worthy is a an eighteen module introduction to all things pro-metabolic nourishment and how to heal your metabolism. After ten years of chronic illness (undiagnosed and severe endometriosis and adenomyosis) myself, I have tried it all.
Keto, whole 30, auto-immune protocol, one meal a day, blood type diet, carnivore, paleo. You name it, I've done it. Dieting became so ingrained into my lifestyle that my relationship with true nourishment and my body were completely convoluted. Finally, I began to research the importance of minerals, vitamins, bio-availability and what our metabolism actually is. It was there that I started to see healing - both physically and emotionally.
I'm not an expert, I'm just someone who has lived in a "body that hates me" all to realize it was fighting like hell for me all along and as a result have done a decade worth of research surrounding women's wellness, hormones and healing holistically. Since implementing this lifestyle, I have seen vast changes ranging from coming off of my thyroid medication and healing my acne to losing twenty five pounds and seeing a vast improvement in my menstrual symptoms - including severe PMDD and pain. Eating pro-metabolically is a coming home of sorts and my job is just to open the door and say "welcome back, friend! Here's what's next!".
Mallory is a Christ follower and believer that the truth comes from God's word and His word alone (Psalm 119:160).
She teaches from a biblical perspective and implements biblical principals into her teaching and throughout the mentorship as a whole.
Food is good (Genesis 1:29), our bodies are good (139:14) and both were given to us by a good God - we are worthy of good things because of whose we are and we are called to steward our bodies well! These simple truths impact so much more than our eating habits - but it's a breath of fresh air to drop diet culture and pick up freedom when it comes to food, lifestyle and our relationship with ourselves + Jesus.

She was thin and "healthy" her entire life until around age twenty four - when her symptoms became all consuming. Debilitating anxiety, depression, acne, weight gain and even multiple miscarriages + infertility all came after she was on the birth control pill for just one short year. Most teachers in the pro-metabolic space are coming from a place of over-exercising + under-eating - but Mal is the opposite. She understands what it means to be in this space while also needing to lose weight, and she is very open about what has helped her most while navigating allowing foods back into her diet like dairy and sugar.
Mallory is just a few steps ahead, about one year into her pro-metabolic journey. This enables her to provide both a deep understanding of where you are but also more practical, implementable explanations on how to actually do all of this in a way that serves you well.
She is not so far removed that she has forgotten what it means to be desperate, sick and barely able to cook healthy, let alone do it in a way that creates sustainable change.
